Those that are seeking recognition are seeking a name for themselves.  Those who desire to be known are focused on reputation and once again are self-focused.  God will share His glory with no man.

He is not fooled by the words that are spoken but He sees the true motives, intents, and desires of man's heart.  He is searching and examining the hearts of His ministers.  He is testing the hearts.  He is testing the motives.  There will be many who will pass and many will not.  Notoriety should not be the desire.  Position and ranking amongst ministers and churches should not be a part of man's desire.  God alone chooses and picks based on the heart.  What is your intent?  What is your desire?  What is your motivation to see God move?  Are they pure?  Or are you scrambling for your place and position?  Place and position among men, God will not tolerate.  How He sees things is quite different from man's way.  His desire is not for people to see this church or that church, but one Body - His Church.  His Church united, as one, inseparable from each other.  One fire.  One mind.  One heart.  One passion and that is to be the Lord's.  One mind, the mind of Christ.  One heart and passion, the souls of a lost and dying society to come to Him.  To see His Church rise up in it's full strength, power, and authority.  And one fire - Unity.

When you look at a forest fire, does one see the individual flames at the base of that fire?  No!  One sees the whole of the fire.  Yes, there's the individual flames, but they come and move together in force to where there is unity - one force.  Those flames left by themselves are left behind and quickly extinguished.  The fire that will be released to those moving in unity and humility, no man will be able to quench.  It will burn and move forward as one devouring all in it's path.  To overtake the land.  No opposition will stand in the face of this Church.  It will crush the opposition and consume the land, the harvest, the lost.  Fire:  purity and judgment both will move together where it goes.  Fire:  to test the hearts and minds of men.  Purifying fire.

Even now as I search My Church, My ministers, My people, it is those individual fires that are touching to test individual hearts, to see where man stands, where My Church, My Body stands.  Testing of the motives, intents and desires.  Who will stand?  Who will pass the test that I have set before you?  Examine your own hearts.  What is your real motives and desires?  First to the pastors, My under shepherds, and then to the sheep, for My sheep will follow pattern of those I have placed to lead.  TEST.  I am testing.  I am looking.  I am searching.  I hear the truth your heart speaks.  I hear the truth of what is said behind closed doors.  There is nothing that goes unnoticed.  For I will share My glory with no man.

Vision:

When the part above came about the forest fire, the Lord was showing me in vision what He was saying as I was writing.

First He had me pulled up high over a forest fire, like one would be in a helicopter looking down and following a fire.  All you could see was one huge consuming flame.  This is the Church in unity.

Then he moved me down through the fire towards the bottom and zoomed in.  There I could see many little fires in may little places.  Grass, trees, etc.  They represented the individual churches.  Each fire was separate, but when one looked you could not see the individuals, they became that consuming fire taking the land.

Then I was removed from that part of the vision and saw before and behind the fire where there were little separate fires, those that had been left behind or jumped ahead.  Those where the ones representing the man and church who wants to be seen.  God then showed me them quickly put out with little effort by the fireman - stomped on, smothered, extinguished.
