Friends,

Once Again I look forward to with great anticipation the upcoming “Going Up to High Places VI”.  God has stirred deep into my heart the theme for this next Holy Encounter.  The Harp and Bowl represents worship and intercession as the course for what this time is all about.  It will very heavy on both and light on speakers. 

Anointed guests ministers of worship, intercession and the Word have been invited to come and blend their hearts with ours for this gathering of ministry leaders and the Body of Christ in the Pacific Northwest. 

There is a sense in my spirit that God is calling people in for this time.  Maybe, even as you read this, you feel a tug at your heart.  Please don’t push it away or ignore it.  It is God!  I know there is a sovereign call going out to pure hearts who will know that this is a God-Timing thing, not a man-idea.

I know that God has a plan that each one coming has a part in.  We are all key pieces of God’s plan.  He is calling all of us to prepare ourselves and unite together as a part of the fire He has kindled in each of us in places all over the Northwest. 

Even though special guests have been invited, there are no star attractions here.  I can assure you that those who are coming have a humble heart of service and a love for the harvest in the region, as well as worldwide revival. 

It is my desire that all we do and say will be to the honor of God’s Holy Name as we diminish so that the King Of Glory may come in and shine in His Glory. 

I so want to see the Glory of God so fill the place of meeting as we bow before His Throne in worship. 

I desire to see the children of the Most High God praise, dance, rejoice, bow and worship Him with their eyes on Him alone.

My heart anticipates that the only “stars in our eyes” will be that of the Bright and Morning Star as we see Him high and lifted up.

I desire that the incense of our worship will mingle with the aromatic and beautiful fragrance of heaven Himself, The Rose of Sharon.

I want God to be so present that the smoke of His glorious covering will fill the temple as the holiness of a pure, righteous and jealous God hovers over His Bride.

It is my desire that every seat will become an inner sanctum, a Most Holy Place, a Tent of Meeting between God and man.

This is a divine convocation and I have no doubt that you will encounter God on a deeper level than you have ever before met Him. 

These dates on the calendar have been sanctified, anointed and set apart for those who gather in His Name.

Will you please spread the word all over the Pacific Northwest, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Canada and Alaska and any other place is welcome as well.  Tell people about it and encourage them to not miss this.  God has laid something on our hearts and all I can do is speak it and then trust God with the rest.  I am obeying Him as far as He has given me to do.  The rest is up to what He speaks into your hearts as you read this.  Everyone knows someone in another town, another church, another ministry, another denomination, another state.  Please take the baton and run with it.  It is a kairos thing getting ready to happen and the call is going out. 

I trust that the Holy Spirit is already stirring your spirit as you read this.  He beckons you to come.  Come!

What can you expect to happen at this gathering?

• Powerful Worship with a prophetic voice of declaration and the new song

• Joyful Praise in the Song and the Dance

• Intercession for the burdens of God’s heart

• Healings – physically, emotionally,

• Renewal spiritually

• Impartation of Vision, Hope and Gifts

• Visions and Revelation as God pours into you

• Strategy for the Battle

• New Friendships to develop

• Groundbreaking events

I feel that God will also call in surprises at this time; things that none of us can anticipate, expect or plan for. 

This a highly strategic time and is a massive ground breaking event that God is stirring the Bride for.  I believe that it is going to shake the gates of hell that is holding this region’s people captive.  I believe that heaven will open over this gathering and God Himself will take note of every prayer, declaration, prophetic utterance and deed, every act of worship, every song and every dance that is done in spirit and in truth, and that He will take note of the hearts of each one here during this time.  I sense that He will breathe deeply the incense of our worship and that He will dance over us with joy.  I know that the armies of heaven, led by the Mighty Warrior Himself, Jesus Christ, will march upon the land during this week.  Don’t be surprised if He steps into the place of meeting. 

I am looking forward to seeing each one of you here and all of us seeing what God will do among us, through us and with us.  It is sure to be a great and glorious time together.  May God speak to you today as to who you should bring with you from your surrounding cities and communities.

There is no registration fee, but as you will see in the insert, we would like to have an estimate of how many are coming, so if you plan on being here, please let me know so I can plan for you and your friends.  We will be taking free will offering to cover the operating expenses, which include an honorarium for the guest speakers.

Words From The Lord

October 26, 2000 - Morning

J. Russell - My dear ones.  I love your praise.  I rejoice in you.  Though you are small, you are great in My eyes.  I have placed the Spirit of the Warrior among you.  Your battles will be great but I will bring the victory.  Remember My servant Gideon.  Remember that he went to battle with but a few and yet he won great victories for Me.  And I have put that spirit of Gideon, that spirit of a warrior among you.  But dear ones, listen.  Learn to still and quiet your soul before Me so that you can hear My voice.  Because if you go into a battle without Me you will be utterly defeated.  You must, must hear My voice.  You must learn to recognize among the many voices speaking to you, you must recognize My voice.  And I will lead you.  I will guide you in things that may not always seem possible.  You will have the victory.  In areas you have not even though of before, you will se Me go before you.  The spirit of the warrior is also a spirit of obedience.  You move when I say move.  You sit when I say sit.  Listen to My vice.  Learn to discern My Spirit in a way that is deeper than what you have now.  Dear ones, I call you.  I have brought you to this High Place because I have a call on you.  You have a work to do that I have given no other body.  You have a plan in My life, in My purpose, in My direction.  You please Me dear ones.  I rejoice over you.

October 26, 2000 - Evening

Pastor Loren Dummer - The Lord would say, you say that you are My intercessors and yet you sit and say," What is next?"  Do you not recognize My Spirit when He is pushing against your hearts door?  Do you not recognize intercession when it is coming upon you to intercede My heart?  And you will say, "I don't know what it is.  I don't know what it is about."  And yet My Word tells you, you shall pray things you do not know of, for it is My Spirit that is praying through you.  It is My Spirit that is pushing at your hearts door this day.  You say you are My intercessors.  You say that you will carry My heart, My burden before the throne.  And I am pushing tonight and you do not recognize Me.  I am pushing at your heart to intercede My heart before the throne.  Will you not yield yourselves unto Me?  Are you looking for that which will make you feel good?  Are you looking for that which would satisfy the emotion?  Are you looking for that which would make you look good to others?  I am saying to you, tonight I am looking for a people who will yield to Me.  I am looking for a people who will pray My heart.  I am looking for a people who do not care about themselves but care about the burden that is upon My heart.  My heart is for the lost.  My heart is for the nations.  Do you not recognize My Spirit when He is calling?  Do you not recognize My Spirit when He is pushing on the door of your heart?  Yield this night.  Yield this night.  You say you think you are called for other purposes.  You think you are called for other reasons.  I have called you here tonight because you represent cities.  You represent churches.  You represent people.  And yes, you even represent nations.  Intercede for them.  Intercede for them.  Cry out before the throne of grace.  Cry out before the throne of God. Cry out for their condition and lostness. Cry out for their emptiness.  Cry out for their loneliness.  Cry out for their burden.  Cry out for them before the Father, for it is the Lord your God that is pushing.  Recognize the Holy Ghost when He pushes against your heart.  Open the door.  Open the door and let Him pray through you.  Let Him move through you this night.  Bombard the heavens and the darkness shall be shattered.  Bombard the heavens and strongholds shall come down.  Bombard the heavens and the doors of your city shall come open.  Intercede church.  Intercede people of God.  Cry out before the throne of God this night.

J. Russell - In boldness come, the Lord tells us.  Be strong and be of good courage.  He is in our midst.  He is to do a work among us.  The Lord imparts wisdom to those who are seeking it.  The Lord imparts peace to those who are seeking it.  The Lord imparts joy to those who are seeking it.  Persevere.  Continue to reach out towards Him.  Continue to turn to Him for every need.  As your hearts are open before Him, He will be there to meet that need.  Go neither to the left or to the right, but straight ahead.  Continue with the Lord.  Continue to be strong.

You who are young spiritually among us, gain strength as you walk beside these who have walked with Me for a long time.  Gain wisdom from one another dear ones.  This is your opportunity.  This is your time.  you've come up to the high place and I have great things to teach you.  Open your hearts and learn of Me.

J. Russell - My people, I have prepared the way for you by the cross.  I am asking you to prepare the way for Me.  As I come quickly, I ask you to go out boldly to those that are lost.  Bring them quickly for there is much work to be done.

A woman - Behold I am a Man of War and I have a voice cry in My spirit tonight, My intercessors, that you would take the Sword of the Spirit that I have given you and that you would begin to wield it in the faith that I have given you.  I remind you tonight that I am married to the backslider, those that have sliden into the darkness, that you would stand in the gap for those people.  I remind you tonight that I have given you those robes of righteousness and the garments of salvation also the armor that I have placed in your hearts and on your bodies.  Tonight I thank you that you are standing in the gap for those that have slipped into the darkness.  Continue to intercede and speak the word of salvation and deliverance for My people.

October 28, 2000 - Afternoon

D. Grubbs - For several months I've just had a picture in my mind.  It's a picture of a furnace and you turn the gas on and you light the match and it's just not connecting.  The gas has escaped to the degree that when it does catch it just goes.  I feel like that is the way the Lord is coming about because in Romans 9:28 speaking of the end time, says, He is going to do a quick and thorough work.  And this is the picture.

When the gas is let out it fills the room and once that match is struck gas ignites.  It's quick and it's thorough.  That's the picture I have and just feel that is what we need to recognize.  The gas is turned on.  I believe the gas has been turned on here in the Northwest and it's just a matter of when the Lord desires and designs and in His purpose and plan and His will strikes that match to let it go.  Because it is coming.  The gas is flowing.  It's just the matter of the Lord striking the match.

Why did God choose you oh Eliakem?  Why did He raise you up?  Was it because you coerced Him by your piety?  Is He forced because you've done certain things?  God moves because He has chosen to move.  He sends revival because He chooses to send revival.  It's our responsibility to enter into His labor.  We strive to be holy because He is holy, not to impress Him.  He's not moved by our outward displays.  It's our hearts.  Why do we want revival?  Is it to impress others?  My move of God is better, more powerful than yours?  Where is your longing for the Person, the Presence, and the Purpose of God?  If I cry more tears, shout a little louder, dance more vigorously will God then be impressed?  Finally this:  Are your desires and His the same.
