"Going Up to High Places III" drew people in from around Washington and
Oregon with some visiting from the east coast.
It was an awesome time that will
be very difficult to explain. To state clearly all that took place would be
impossible because you cannot express in writing:
The overwhelming sense of God’s presence and power.
The transformations that took place in people’s lives.
The deep awe and reverence felt by all for what a mighty God we serve.
The sweetness and intensity of
worship as Mark McBride led us into the Throne
Room.
The tangible presence of God for two days that did not lift off the
church.
The incredible seasons of
intercession that took us by the Spirit all across
America.
The teaching sessions by Donna Conley, Daniel Dummer and Esther Dummer that
challenged us to grow and mature in our faith and walk with Jesus Christ.
The strength of the anointed sermons preached by Mark McBride and Pastor
Loren Dummer on the "Elijah Spirit" and "Laying Siege to our Cities," stirring
and challenging us to march forward into our callings.
The spiritual walls and barriers that were prayerfully and powerfully hit by
acts of stepping across the lines and embracing each other with love and
prayer.
The powerful Words from the Holy Spirit that riveted all of us as we
heard God’s challenge to align ourselves with His purposes for this season of
harvest and darkness.
The anointed teaching of Esther Dummer as we were challenged to correctly
align ourselves to God as our standard in all aspects of our lives and how to be
protected from deception in the day of battle.
The relationships of pastors, intercessors and churches that were richly
blessed as they were encouraged to respect, support and bless each other as they
work as a team that God has placed side by side, like Moses with an Aaron and
Hur lifting his arms, yet not removing the rod of authority that was his to
hold.
The beauty that was seen as intercessors learned how to build a prayer shield
for their pastors and other Christian leaders who stand in headship over the
church, being the watchmen who guard against the enemy’s attack on them.
The sweetness of the honey, the name of Jesus, as the challenge was made to
those who lead us into worship to remain pure and ready to receive the prophetic
anointing that God has reserved for such who will.
Friendships that were developed, Hearts that were healed, Eyes that were
opened to truth, Prayer lives that were expanded, Intimacy with Jesus that was
deepened, and the list goes on. Who could ever write the look of rapture, of
being lost in the presence of the Lord God Almighty, on a piece of paper? Who
could ever capture the moment a heart was changed by the power of the Holy
Spirit? Who could ever write what tears look like as they glisten on the face of
a worshipper? Who could ever in this life tell what it looks like when barriers
and walls fall in the spiritual realm thereby opening doors in the physical
realm for us to walk through? I can only try.
We looked for a word that would better describe this gathering. "Conference"
did not fit the picture of what God accomplished as we did more that go through
"Book Learning." We decided on "Encounter" which best describes a visitation of
the Holy Spirit, which is what was experienced by all who came.
There is now the anticipation for the "Fall Encounter" of ""Going Up to High
Places IV."
God Bless Richly all who came and received.
Sincerely in Christian Service and Love,
Esther Dummer Leader of "Deborah's Song"
