“Judgment has nothing to do with what is happening in America.”

Or So they say….

There are not nearly enough voices that are addressing the graver issues of the need at this time for deep repentance as a nation.

There seems to be just a “Grand Hug” going on among all religions.

It can be a difficult and lonely time for those that are termed the,

"Fundamental Right,"

As the rest of the “Church World” world-wide moves into the unity of all faiths, embracing the

“Final Church System of this Age”

Some people “feel” that we are going to disappear or become insignificant.  They “feel” that we are some small, radical group that does not count for anything. 

It is true that we are not going to be popular and our message is even less popular.

It is the church universal that despises our message, because of the face-to-face confrontation that it brings them to concerning their own condition which is,

“Miserable, Wretched, Naked and Blind.”

They, in Jesus time, also hated Him and His message.  They desired to silence Him as well.  Obviously, they are now a part of past history while Jesus is still alive and making History.  He is triumphant, victorious and gloriously alive!

The call to national repentance and a turning to Jesus Christ have yet to take place though on a national scale or even within the ranks of most mainline denomination structures.  Obviously, some churches that God has stirred have already begun to deal with the "sinful condition" of the church and are now being used powerfully to pray as intercessors for the condition of our nation and the church world at large. 

Thankfully, there are Christian leaders that are from the “Fundamental Right” group that are making the call for this level of deep repentance.  The awakening to this fact has been going for a few years now because of the Revival of Repentance, and is being embraced by more all the time.

It is time.

Something that the Lord has shown me in the Word of God is that the majority of the intercession talked about in the Bible always had to do with Godly leader/leaders who chose to stand in the gap. On many occasions, they, with great love for those that they led or their nation, chose to stand between God's judgment and the ungodly, who had grieved God's holiness so greatly through sin and disobedience.

Moses and Aaron are an example of intercession from the Word, running with the censor between the living and the dead, with already 70,000 dead, pleading with God to spare the rest of the people.

Numbers 16:41-48

Their sin had angered God  (Yes, I said “Angered!” verse 45) and a plague had struck.  Everyone had the death verdict upon them, but Moses and Aaron stood between and turned back the continued destruction. 

Yes, it has always been a battle between the good and evil, but not in the sense of a “Star Wars” movie. 

“God is not some outer space entity that can be manipulated and overpowered”

He is The Creator God of the Universe, who always triumphs in every battle that He declares.  Jesus is called the Lord of Host. 

He is God and He wins.

So to talk of terrorism and the ground wars between nations, one has to look to the deeper issues.  Who controls the human spirit of the good and the bad?  There are two powers, one of which is the “god of this age,” Satan and God. 

Satan, whose job description is to Steal, Kill and Destroy, uses a part of humanity for his advantage, through manipulation, control, deceit, fear and every other adverse gift that he can draw on. 

When Satan destroys, it is unrighteous and wicked, deserving of a death sentence on his own head, which God Himself has already decreed.

When God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, it was a righteous act.

When God destroyed the earth in the flood, saving only Noah’s family, it was a righteous act.

When God repented that he had ever made man, it was a righteous act.

It is only his mercy that has spared anyone!

  Any way that God decides to deal with America, for any reason, good or bad, He is truly righteous in all that He does.

Who can accuse God in this case? 

No one!

This is the position that we as God-fearing believers take today.  We know that God did not "kill" those people at the World Trade Center, no more than He “killed all the unborn in their mother’s womb.”  It is the opened gates of the nation that is partly responsible, both spiritually and physically that has allowed the enemy to oppress and destroy life in this nation. Israel was always told that if they obeyed the laws and commandments of God that He would not only keep them safe from the diseases that ran rampant in the godless nations, but that He would fight their battles for them.  He would go ahead of them and would cause them to always triumph.  This covenant with God did not insure that no one would ever try to conquer them, but it did place God directly on their side defending them. People and nations can open gates of access to the enemy in the flesh and in the spirit by tolerating things that God does not tolerate nor allow.  He is God and He does have the last word on what He allows or hates. 

There are the consequences of our nation’s sins that have a

“Harvest Time,”

We have sown seed in unrighteousness and the crop is ripening. The Word of God tells us, “ The wages of sin is death.”  Romans 3:23

Does everyone who dies in a disaster, floods, fires, hurricanes and tornados deserve to die?

All of us “deserve to die.”

The Grace of God, His Mercy and The Cross have been the portion of many who realize that there is a death that we die that has

“Eternal Consequences.”

Yes, there are innocent people, in the natural sense, which did nothing to deserve the calamity that came upon them.  But in the spiritual sense, much of the nation is a people who have denied God access to their personal lives.

God is the only way to escape the inevitable:

We all are going to die, physically and spiritually, if we don’t take the path of Salvation offered by God Himself, His Son Jesus.

But we must also remember the other part of the story.  There are times that we as intercessors and Christian leaders will have to stand between God and that which is deserving of His Wrath.  There already is a world that is deserving of His Wrath.  It just hasn’t come in full force ….yet.   

I have listened as national religious leaders took a stand such as this and immediately came under fire from both the world and the church.  They immediately were accused of being harsh and even,

“Misrepresenting God”

The pattern is so clear in the Word of God.  When a nation defies God's laws, they will have their enemies to deal with.  When they obey God's laws, they live with blessings and the protection of God upon their lives. How much clearer does God have to speak before we take His Word seriously?  

Then there is the fact that we are a people who discern the times and seasons that we live in and as much as we may not like it,

“America will not always be a super power.”

Thank God for the freedoms and privileges that we have as Americans. But there still remains an eternal time clock that we have absolutely no control over.  We understanding this fact must continue to pray and plead with Him for the souls of this land.  Honestly, He loves them much more than we do or ever could, but He, for some reason that escapes me, entrusted them into the prayerful care of people just like you and me. 

The harvest is the only thing that really counts for eternity.

This is why Jesus came into the middle of a perverse and wicked world and church and spoke truth. He didn’t see change in anyone, except those who would believe in Him.

We are hopefully prepared for the answers that He gives us concerning His timing, as to whether we will recover or continue on a downhill slide into the last days for our nation and world. 

But meanwhile, we do intercede and ask Him to turn back the hand of our enemies from the destruction they lay upon our nation, both physically and spiritually.

We, as Christians, ask Him to expose the wickedness of men who plot our demise.

How God answers us is found in our prayers of repentance and how He feels towards the sincerity and reasons for those prayers that our nation will be praying right now.

In other words,

Dare we say, “God did it,” (things like the World Trade Center), as if somehow He alone, for some arbitrary reason known only to Him, just suddenly decided to take His wrath out upon some people to teach all of a lesson?

Shouldn’t we, who are called Christian, take some responsibility for the conditions that face us?

Are we looking to “God Almighty” for answers and help or are we looking into “ourselves?”

“God is Watching!”

I believe that He takes a deep interest in our response to anything that shakes our own world or the world around us on a larger scale. 

Personally, I believe that this should be a time of deep soul rending prayer of repentance as we stand in the gap for our nation.  I don’t think we should take any chances on calling this some “unfortunate incident” and remove God far from it and then to go further and remove ourselves from it.

I feel that God has already expressed Himself clearly in the Word concerning how He acts towards certain issues. 

His Timing is His Business.

His Nature is Unchangeable.

He Will Judge Sin.

He Will Judge The Nations.

He will Judge the Unrighteous Acts of Mankind.

America need not feel smug, as if she is somehow exempt from any kind of judgment.

It has to come, sooner or later.

Some public people are talking right now. 

It is a dangerous practice to propose to know what God is thinking or doing in any given situation without divine input from God’s Holy Spirit and His Word, which already declares how all things will end for earth and its nations. 

Much of what people say is out of their imaginations.  We all must be careful to declare our messages in perfect agreement with the Word, in context. 

The picture that is being painted of God right now probably does not begin to express His viewpoint from His great throne in Heaven. 

He is Altogether Righteous,

Holy and Faithful

And

Yes,

He Has a Love that sent His Own Son to Die for Wretched Humanity.

He has Great Love, which knows no bounds, for things that many apparently don’t love or respect in society.  He does love humanity and has made every provision for all to come to repentance, but,

Many Chose to Not “Need to Repent.”

In the face of God’s great love, they defy His gracious son and align God Himself alongside other gods, as if He is just like them.

The idea that humanity can better themselves through all the self-help programs is a great problem in times like this as we see the religious world clamoring to all come together and “make everything better.” 

We cannot make peace with the enemies of the cross.

Yes, we must pray for their salvation, but we must not embrace the ideas that are being espoused by the religious people who want everyone to draw together, as if any way to God is acceptable. 

The one world church is happening right before our eyes.

This is a definite sign of the times that we live in. It is strengthening. The Church of the living God must arise and strengthen herself as well. Get ready.

Folks, we cannot make it better. Only God, accepted on His terms, can make it better. But, ultimately, it is going to get worse.  It may not now, if this is not God’s perfect time, but the end is going to come, just the same. 

Some day, some time, humanity will not be able to “pull out of it.”

Their best efforts will fail them and their enemies will assail and win over them. This is where we stand today as a church and nation unless there is a deep, Godly, national and church repentance.  It always starts with God’s people, (II Chr. 7:14)

  But,

The healing of the land has to translate into

Changed laws and policies that corrects the sins of this nation.

  For

God will not wink at,

Abortion,

Homosexuality,

Murder,

Rape,

Abuse,

A Godless school system,

Idolatry,

Witchcraft,

Hedonism,

And so much more, God would have to be just like us.

God is not tolerant of world-views.

God is not tolerant of church views that water down His Word and Nature.

God does not have a variable nature, depending on His mood swings.

He is the same, yesterday, today and forever. You can look into the Word to see how He responded in given situations.

“But what about God’s Grace, His Love and Mercy,” you say?

It’s all there, if you chose to avail yourself of it.  But Grace, love and mercy do have requirements that put a demand upon the hidden heart of mankind. By contrast, being as they represent God’s nature, they automatically expose our nature as being quite lacking. This is a truth that we must all understand if we are to treat God with respect to Who He Really Is.

Forgiveness and restoration come when the church and the nation turns back to the place from whence they have fallen.

We have got to pray like we have never prayed before! 

Time is running out.

God is in a hurry to get the harvest in. While we, as a church, make up our minds on revival, people are perishing, some at the hands of our nation’s hidden enemies, both natural and spiritual.

This next part here is for you who understand all that I have just written and are spiritually alert in this season of trial for our nation and the other nations of the world.

Thank God for the intercessors that have been dug into their foxholes for a long time now. Their eyes have been open and their mouths shut for the most part, except to express to the Father their prayers according to what He has been showing them.  Whether anyone ever hears the details of their closet or not really doesn't matter to them so long as the Father hears them.

I have a feeling that “real prophets” are in their caves, growing strong for the battle that lies ahead.

They “see”, they “know” and they “declare to the wind.”

They do not have to be heard “out there” to be recognized, for their Father in Heaven hears them.  They are powerful and obedient servants that most of the religious world would barely give a glance at and yet they are worldwide. 

They shake hell’s gates and open the heavens.

Their war rooms may hold one or it may hold 5-6.

They have strategy that the president could win wars with.

They say that the terrorists have many “sleepers’ who are just waiting for the call to move. They are entrenched into the fabric of societies all over the world and yes, in America.

The “secret” that the world barely recognizes is that there is a powerful group of spiritual warriors that are ready on a moments call to arise and step into the arena to do battle.

They, in the natural and in the spirit, may be called to a particular battlefield, to bring their trained eyes, ears and hands and armor into play at any moment. They, right now, are crouched and waiting, knowing that the enemy’s playbook is in their hands and they are ready to destroy, by stealth, the enemy’s camp.

  This is not pretend to them. 

This is real. 

 It is more real that the real world.

If anyone would ask, “Aren’t they afraid?” They would answer, “No,” but anxiously awaiting the call.  We, just like any trained army must wait for the Commander In Chief to call, but when He does, they are assured that He leads the battle and is always in front of His obedient prayer warrior army.   

The wisdom and understanding and knowledge that they have received from the Holy Spirit, is beyond that of every man and woman in the natural realm who think they “know” what’s going on.  The Word that they hold in their hand is a worthy manual of the greatest value, because,

Bottom line,

It is God that will always have the final say

On

Who He is

And

What He does.
